Proxime Accessit is a funny word

I'm the Proxime Accessit of my highschool for 2009.

:rofl: If only I knew how the heck to pronounce it! Stupid Latin... Anyway, for those who don't know what on earth a Proxime Accessit is, it is the second place academic position after Dux. My school prize-giving was on Tuesday, and I got 1st in History, 1st in Classical Studies, 1st in Sociology, 1st in English, and since I'm only 1 of 2 people doing year 13 Japanese, there were not placing prizes for it, but I got an award for it anyway! XD So basically, I got top of all my subjects, a shiny medal that says Proxime Accessit, a pretty trophy for 1st in English, an $100 travel voucher, and to top it all off, A FREAKING CHEQUE FOR FREAKING $1000! Not a bad way to finish the schooling year, I reckon! XD

I still have exams though. My first one is THIS SATURDAY, for Scholarship Classical Studies! D: So if I'm kind of slack at answering messages and there is no art from me for the next 3 weeks, you'll know why! But after that, I will have 3 MONTHS to do (and draw 8D) whatever I want! :la:

Oh, AND GX IS BACK ON!!!!!! It's on at 11:30pm~12:00am though, so I am very tired! XD

Kia ora! I am a human being of the female gender from a little green country called New Zealand. New Zealand is most commonly known (Haha yeah right, no one knows New Zealand!) for our rugby team the 'All Blacks', kiwifruit, and sheep. But despite popular belief, we do not run around in grass skirts sodomising sheep, most of us can afford clothes, and we sodomise each other instead! Happy times! 8D
