I have an idea. Something happen between these two, China wants to mock Britain since they don't exactly like each other. He turn his head around hard, his ponytail slaps Britain in the face, making him drop his expensive hot tea while sitting and may have jumped around yelling "HOT!", cursing or something. Then he realize, it looked like he peed his pants, trying not to let ANYONE see that embarrassing thing! Also, China did that on purpose.
